How do I manage different Office addresses, where employees can mark their attendance from their locations?
For addition of Office Address for a city; -> Admin Tab -> Offices Sub Tab -> Click on the "+" a plus button next to the column header "Name" -> Enter Office Name, such as "Regional Sales Office" in the Office Name field -> In the Google Tag, enter the Name that the Google has an entry for. Select Google tag carefully as the co-ordinates for this place will be picked while marking digital attendance. An auto-complete list is shown, refer screenshot below:
Where do I download "Attendance Report" for a given month for all the Organisation employees?
To download the attendance report for a month; Organisation Admin needs to go to -> Admin Tab -> Settings Tab -> Scroll down to the end of the page -> Locate the "Attendance Register Report" section -> Select month -> Click on the "Download Excel" button to get an excel file.
Employee reports that the "Mark Attendance" button in disabled in my mobile App.
The reason is that the "Location Services" setting is NOT enabled at the Organisation level. Only admin of the WorkApps Enterprise Account can do this. To enable this configuration, Organisation Admin needs to go to -> Admin Tab -> Settings Tab -> "Location Services" enable the slide bar by sliding it to right -> ensure it is turned on. Employee then needs to go back to profile tab and then click on Mark Attendance on his/her mobile.

Employees report that; when they tap on the "Mark Attendance" button, takes too much time to display the list of locations? What should I do?
This happens when the co-ordinates or Latitude or Longitude cannot be determined due to low network coverage. This happens in closed or underground areas like basements or secluded corners. To resolve this Mobile Carrier can be changed on a dual card supported devices or moving to a slightly open areas. Ensure the device gets carrier network to send the data.
